True Fit’s website needed to serve two audiences: drive sales conversations with retail partners while supporting consumers managing their fit profiles. The challenge was to build a site that balanced a sales-focused narrative with an approachable, human-centered experience.

Strategic planning, wireframing, and launch were led through HubSpot with a focus on marketing lead generation. Within the first year post-launch, the site averaged 35,000 monthly pageviews and reduced bounce rates by 40%, reflecting clearer navigation and stronger user engagement.
 
Post-launch optimization was driven by analytics from HubSpot, Hotjar, and Google Analytics. Based on user behavior and sales feedback, three pillar pages were introduced to address major retail challenges like returns and inventory — helping prospects find the most relevant information quickly.
 
The final web experience strengthened both sides of True Fit’s ecosystem — supporting retailer growth while building brand trust with consumers.
