Project Overview:
With cannabis advertising so tightly regulated, the website became one of the most important ways to represent the East Coast Cannabis brand and showcase products without restrictions. We completely rebuilt the site from the ground up, launching an upgraded ecommerce platform using Dutchie Plus that better reflected ECC’s identity and made it easier for customers to shop.

Execution:

We focused on making the site more functional and brand-forward. A rotating hero slider was introduced to feature new products and limited-time promos, while a new blog and community page created space for storytelling and local engagement. The design prioritized clean navigation and strong visuals. I led the UX and creative direction, collaborating with a development partner to bring it all to life.

Impact:

The new site gave the team a stronger platform to promote sales, showcase new product drops, and keep the brand top of mind between visits. It also created more opportunities to build community and drive traffic without the limitations of traditional advertising.
