Real estate marketing runs on generic blue-and-white trust signals. Bayer Video Tours, a drone and Matterport 3D tour company, wanted something that read more like a production company than a brokerage. Working with the founder and a developer, I designed the site and brand from scratch around two things: bold, high-contrast visuals that stood out in a crowded market, and a property search experience that made it easy for realtors to share listings and buyers to explore them.
